On Makar Sankranti, when festive kite flying often injures birds with sharp manjha, we set up special treatment camps to provide emergency care. Our veterinarians and volunteers work tirelessly to treat cuts, fractures, and wing injuries, while also running awareness drives on safe, bird-friendly kite practices — turning celebration into a chance to save lives.
Vultures are nature’s cleanup crew, preventing disease outbreaks by swiftly disposing of carcasses. Through rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation, we work to restore their dwindling populations.
